Walk-ins will be fitted in at the earliest available time. Urgent medical situations will always be dealt with immediately. 

 

Every effort is made to keep appointment times, but this is difficult at times due to emergencies, walk-in patients or unexpected longer consultations. To help us keep to appointment schedule, please inform our receptionist if your consultation is likely to be long – for example, pre-employment medical assessment, driving licence medical assessment, pap smear or if more than one family member is to be seen.

If you or a family member requires an interpreter, please let us know when you make an appointment so that we can organise this for you. 

Consultation fees are non-refundable.

You are requested to bring with you your current Medicare Card and your valid concession card (if you have one) for the reception staff to sight on your arrival. Please update your contact details if there has been any change since your last visit.

Cancelling an appointment
It is appreciated that sometimes it may be difficult to keep a schedule appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. Please inform the receptionist at least 3 hours prior to the appointment if such circumstances arise.  This will enable the practice to allocate the cancelled appointment to another patient.
